Co-Managed IT
More capability for the IT team you already have.
Your internal IT team knows your business, your people, and your priorities. Guardian works alongside them, adding capacity, technical depth, security, and tools where they're needed most.
There's no single co-managed model. You define who owns what before the engagement starts, and we revisit it as your team and business change.

Choose Where Guardian Fits
Where does your internal team need help? Responsibilities can be divided by support level, technology, function, or workload.
Help desk and user support
Level 1, Level 2 escalation, or a combination — based on how your team is structured.
Technical escalation
Deeper troubleshooting and specialized expertise when an issue needs more than your team has on hand.
Infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft 365
Servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 — all of it or the parts you choose.
Security
Endpoint protection, XDR, and 24/7 SOC monitoring where included — without building and maintaining it yourself.
Monitoring and maintenance
Patching, alerting, backup oversight, and system health monitoring on a defined schedule.
Projects and specialized work
Migrations, architecture, and defined work that sits outside your team's normal load.
When Co-Managed Makes Sense
What Guardian Adds
Judgment, not just capacity
Deeper technical expertise, plus a second opinion on what fits the business.
Security capability that's hard to staff
XDR and 24/7 SOC monitoring, plus the tools behind them, without hiring for it.
Less key-person risk
Shared documentation and clearly divided responsibilities keep critical knowledge from sitting with one person.
A model that changes with you
If your team grows, responsibilities move back in-house. If someone leaves or complexity increases, Guardian takes on more.
Coverage and Coordination
Guardian's core service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. Monitoring operates continuously, including 24/7 SOC monitoring where security services are part of the engagement.
Responsibilities, escalation paths, and response expectations are defined for each engagement. We work with your IT team to establish clear communication paths, so everyone knows how requests and escalations should flow.
Talk Through Where the Gaps Are
Start with how your team works today, where the pressure points are, and what you want to keep in-house. We'll build the responsibilities around that.
