Can anyone see what they shouldn't?
Payroll, HR, financial, and client information shouldn't be one shared link away from the whole company. We manage who has access to what, and revisit it as roles change.
Are new hires ready, and former employees shut off?
New people have what they need the first morning. When someone leaves, access ends that day — rather than a mailbox quietly receiving customer email for another year.
Are our accounts protected if a password is stolen?
Multifactor, sign-in rules, and administrative access are managed so a stolen password doesn't become a stolen company.
Are we paying for licenses we don't need?
Seats belonging to people who left. Premium licenses on users who need the basic one. We review what you're paying for against what's in use, and correct it — fewer licenses, or the right ones, means a smaller invoice from us.
Who do we call when Microsoft 365 isn't working?
When someone can't sign in, Outlook is stuck, or OneDrive won't sync, your people call us and we work out whether it's the account, the device, or Microsoft.
The Details Matter
Who can see what. Which accounts are still active. How information is shared. Who has administrative rights. Which licenses are still needed. Most of Microsoft 365 management looks like housekeeping.
It's housekeeping with consequences. The wrong person seeing payroll. A departing employee who still has access. A compliance answer you can't give. A cost nobody questioned.

Two Things Worth Understanding Separately
Microsoft 365 backup
Backing up your computers doesn't back up Microsoft 365. Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data live in Microsoft's cloud, and deleting a file there deletes it everywhere Microsoft has a copy. Microsoft holds deleted items for a limited window, and then it doesn't. The day you need something back from eleven months ago is the day you find out whether anyone ever set that up.
If you stopped backing up laptops because everything moved to OneDrive, this is the part that matters most — the files went somewhere a laptop backup was never going to reach.
Advanced email protection
Microsoft's built-in filtering catches the obvious junk. It doesn't catch the invoice that appears to come from your bookkeeper — because that one isn't junk. It's well written, addressed to the right person, and the bank details changed at the last minute.
These address different risks, and not every business needs both. We'll tell you which one your situation actually calls for.
A note on scope
