  • Sending messages related to illegal products or services, including but not limited to:

    • Fraudulent activities.

    • Unlawful gambling.

    • Sale of illegal drugs, firearms, or other restricted items.

B. Fraudulent or Misleading Content

  • Sending messages containing false, misleading, or deceptive information.

  • Impersonating any person, business, or entity without authorization.

C. Unsolicited Communications (Spam)

  • Sending messages to users who have not explicitly opted in to receive communications.

  • Failing to include opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”) in every message.

  • Engaging in bulk messaging without proper consent.

D. Harassment or Harmful Behavior

  • Sending abusive, threatening, harassing, or obscene messages.

  • Using the Services to harm, defame, or intimidate individuals or groups.

E. Security Violations

  • Uploading or transmitting malicious software (e.g., viruses, spyware).

  • Attempting to bypass or breach security features of our Services or any related systems.

F. Carrier Policy Violations

  • Sending messages that violate carrier content policies, including but not limited to:

    • Prohibited content categories as defined by TCR (e.g., hate speech, violence, adult content).

    • Sending high volumes of unverified traffic or unauthorized content.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  1. Ensuring all recipients of SMS messages have provided explicit consent to receive communications.

  2. Maintaining accurate opt-in records for all recipients, including timestamps and consent methods.

  3. Including required disclosures in your messages, such as:

    • “Message and data rates may apply.”

    • Opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”)

    • Contact information for support (e.g., reply HELP or email [Insert Email]).

  4. Regularly reviewing and adhering to updates in TCR and carrier policies.

4. Enforcement and Violations

We reserve the right to enforce this Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Monitoring your use of the Services to ensure compliance.

  • Terminating or suspending access to the Services for violations.

  • Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to comply with changes in legal, regulatory, or business requirements. Changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
